DESCRIPTION:Regnum Print Shield Competition – 17th November \nJudge : David Smith ARPS\, President of the SPA\n \nOnce again it is Chichester’s turn to host this Annual Print Competition.\n \nThe competing clubs are down to just five – Chichester\, Henfield\, Littlehampton\, Southwick and Storrington – as Mid Sussex and Steyning have been unable to put a panel of eight prints together in time because of the pandemic.\n \nThe winning club gets to take home the Charles Howard Shield.   Charles was a past member of Chichester Camera Club which was one of the founding members of the Regnum Crouch organisation back in the 1950’s.\n \nCost:\n \nEntry is free for one representative of each of the four visiting clubs.\n \nAdditional visitors are welcome – for a visitor’s fee of £5 each – but please inform programme@chichestercameraclub.org.uk how many guests we should expect.\n \nPayment may be made in cash but we do have facilities for cashless payment.

DESCRIPTION:Andy Bracey will be leading a Photowalk to encourage and experiment with ICM (Intentional Camera Movement) on Saturday 10th December Saunton Country Park just north of Havant. \nWe will meet in the Staunton Country Park Car Park\, at 1pm.  The postcode is PO9 5HD.  Note that the entrance is directly off the B2149 (grid 50.876129\, 0.973613 or ///ponies.copying.lamppost).  This is NOT the same location as Staunton Farm. \nAll are welcome\, including guests.  As ICM images are becoming fashionable in the club (including our Chairman’s recent 10!)\, this is an ideal opportunity for those who wish to use the day as a practice session.  \nAndy Bracey has already sent a friendly how-to-do-ICM note to the Developers’ Group … if you have not got one\, please email Andy.  Andy and Paul will be on hand to help out\, as will other members familiar with the genre. We will stay in the park until 4pm (the car cark closes at 4.30 pm). \nStaunton Country park is not huge\, it is in fact\, perfect size.  The car park backs onto a grassy park\, full of perfect trees for ICM practice. Moving on there is what I can only describe as a Victorian brick built ‘veranda’. A place you could have a wedding whilst looking out over the lake below.  As you might imagine\, the walk carries on past and around the lake and back again. There are one or two wrinkles we might introduce by way of variation.  \nDo let Andy know that you hope to come along – if we have to cancel because of impossible weather\, we need to be able to let you know so you do not have a wasted journey \nIt should be an excellent afternoon in like-minded company!  See you there!
