AGM – 16th May

Papers for the AGM will be circulated in the next few days and will be available for a download via Dropbox. The single item Newsletter will contain a link to get to all the documents. No copies will be available on the evening so please download you own copy as soon as the Newsletter is received.

There are 2 proposals which have implications for changes to the Constitution and, if approved, will help the smooth and efficient running of the Club so it is very important that we have a quorum of members (minimum of 43) to deal with these issues properly. Please make an effort to attend.
