21/22 season meetings
Hi All,
This is a very important post and your feedback is needed to help your committee to decide how we meet for the 2021 part of our season from September to December.
In discussion with the clerk of Tangmere, it is clear that their risk assessment under Covid is no longer in force as the Government has lifted all restrictions. However their committee is meeting on the 10th and will feedback to me the outcome of their deliberations with regard to any procedures they will require from groups meeting at Tangmere.
Your committee is meeting on the 11th and we have two options under discussion as follows.
- To meet at Tangmere, subject to any advice from TVC regarding their requirements to mitigate any risk to groups members.
- To continue with Zoom meetings in 2021, undertaking a continuous review for 2022.
What the committee need from you is a definitive vote for either option which will assist us to reach a decision.
