Print Group Tuesday 8th December

We had a lively Print Group meeting this week, with a particular look at different papers and the different effects they gave to the same original image.

Dave Abbott brought along a stack of images by the late Charlie Sayers, some dating from the 1930s .  Among these wonderful action shots and portraits was this handsome young fellow, taken in the mid-70s.  No prizes for recognizing Club stalwart Charlie Roe!

We’ll meet again on the 12th January at 7.30 as usual in the small hall.  That’s conveniently a week before the next Beginner and Intermediate Print Competition deadline, so do bring along work you’re thinking about entering.
