North Mundham – PDIs and Volunteers please!
Planning is well underway for North Mundham on Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th January with plenty still to do to! Although it’s Advanced Workers who can exhibit, the event is for everyone and there are many ways we can all get involved and enjoy this well established and successful occasion that not only shows off a very wide range of creative work but brings all the Club together socially.
PDIs: All places for exhibiting prints are now fully booked, but there’s plenty of space for PDIs. You can enter up to 6 PDIs per Advance PDI worker, at 1920×1080 300DPI. Closing date 9th December but please try and upload them as soon as possible, we have a selection meeting on 9th December and we will consider any that are uploaded. Publicity: Cath Walter, our Publicity Secretary, is asking for images for publicity purposes – between 2 – 3MB please at 300 dpi. Send your images directly to Cath, you can find her email address in the Members only section here
Exhibitors Bios: Stephen Marsh is once again preparing all the biographies – please send your copy to Stephen as soon as you can please. Around 200 words maximum – the bios are A5. Stephen’s email is also available here
Print Raffle: Ann McDonald is organising the print raffle – if all exhibitors can provide a mounted print to Ann before Christmas (she’ll be back at the Club in December), that would be most appreciated.
Catering: In the capable hands of Sheila Tester again this year – look out for Sheila’s requests a little nearer the time.
Evening Meal: For all Members and guests, not just exhibitors, with bookings being taken shortly. Rosemary Wilman, a good friend of the Club, will be our guest of honour.
